A little expensive but a great place
Amy Gray 4 months ago

A little expensive but a great place, lots of fun. The movies are good, the rides are awesome, and the play areas are fantastic. The kids had a ball. The lego displays are incredible and very interactive, lots of buttons to push, which kids love doing. The cafe is expensive. Overall a good day out.

Great as a one time visit especially if your kids enjoy Lego

Great as a one time visit especially if your kids enjoy Lego. Though I personally feel it's priced a tad steeply for the offerings but not still would not consider it as being overly exorbitant. The rides can get crowded on weekends so plan your entry times accordingly. Overall worthwhile couple of hours to spend with the little ones getting a chance to explore their creativity.

A fantastic experience

A fantastic experience. The rides were great but the Melbourne city Lego display was amazing. So much time effort has gone into to creating this fun adventure. My children enjoyed everything from looking, riding and creating their own masterpieces. The 4D cinema was incredible. The only downside was there were too many people in there, very busy.

Easy to buy; easy to redeem at the Legoland Discovery Centre

Easy to buy; easy to redeem at the Legoland Discovery Centre. First time at Legoland and it did not disappoint. Perhaps though the experience is a bit pricey so would do with another discounted voucher for more visits. I found that most visitors were spending no less than 2 hours so be prepared to queue during peak periods for attractions within the venue.

It was a bit disappointing to be honest
Danii Nastas 1 year ago

It was a bit disappointing to be honest, expected to see more Lego masterpieces and big structures but it was minimal. Most of the area was play zones for Lego. Not suitable for younger children. On the plus side, the Lego store had products we haven't seen elsewhere.

Went to Legoland at chadstone and my daughter (4yo) thought it was really good

Went to Legoland at chadstone and my daughter (4yo) thought it was really good. I personally found the mini melbourne display to be Brilliant. The play area is great with a few different varities to choose from. We went into the 4D cinema also and just thought over all it was great. Only downside is that for the younger children there isn't a whole lot for them to play with/explore. It is fairly expensive to go in but thankfully we had a buy an adult take a child free pass. I've seen they do have a lot of discounts and free entries going on every now and then so thats fine. Would recommend going to check it out.

We had a fantastic creative day at the Discovery Centre
Paul Yeo 2 years ago

We had a fantastic creative day at the Discovery Centre. My son, aged 4, had a blast immersing himself with all activities that included experimentation, playing and brick building workshops. There was a children's playground that was well maintained and supervised. Merlin's apprentice ride was suitable for his age. Unfortunately, Kingdom Quest was closed for maintenance. Queues were short with very little wait times. There was plenty of space to work on mini lego building projects. It was a bit messy in some areas but that is expected with the numerous and various type of Lego pieces available.

Make sure you and the kids wear appropriate clothing - they will be active and enjoying the build and play areas. Bring a camera to capture the moment of exploring MINILAND and the LEGO-themed rides! Ensure that you stay well-fed and hydrated throughout the day.
